Purchasing
Online orders
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Diners Club.
To purchase online simply select the product from the price list, and you will proceed to our secure online store.

Pricing
All Ochre Software prices are set in Australian Dollars.
International customers
If you are an international customer, the price list contains a facility
for you to see approximate prices in your currency.
The exchange rates used to perform these conversions are updated daily and are based on market rates.
They do not include allowance for any currency conversion fees that may be imposed by your financial institution.
Australian customers
GST will be added to your subtotal. Ochre Software ABN 24 068 943 493.
Volume Discounts
If you choose to purchase more than one copy of a product in a single order, then you may be eligible
for a volume discount on each copy in the order.
Volume discount rates and eligibility for each product are specified in the price list
and will be applied automatically when you purchase.
Please note that volume discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts that may be offered by Ochre Software.
Upgrades
Once you have purchased a product, then you are entitled to all minor and maintenance releases of that product.
For example, users who purchase a license for 1.0.0 are entitled to upgrade to all 1.x.x releases (1.0.1, 1.1.1 etc)
for free, but they would have to purchase an upgrade to 2.0.0.
Security and Privacy
Ochre Software uses eSec Limited's Internet payment service gateway to provide a secure environment for
the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. Confidential information including client
credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the client's browser to the banking
network using industry standard SSL 128-bit RC4 encryption technology.
A client's credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access
to this data is the merchant's bank. The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption
technology back to the client's browser. These secure processes provide you with peace of mind when purchasing online.
Ochre Software will not trade, sell or rent your personal information (such as name, address, phone number, or company name)
to third-parties. For more information please refer to our complete privacy statement.
Licensing
All Ochre Software products are sold on a per-machine basis.
All Ochre Software products are covered by our End User License Agreement.
Please ensure you have read this document and that you agree with its terms and conditions before
you continue with the purchase process.
Delivery
All products purchased from Ochre Software are delivered electronically. All purchasers are sent a confirmation e-mail
that contains their license information and an invoice.
If you purchase online you will also be provided with your license information immediately in your web browser.
